A graduate of a leading law school with over 20 years of experience in corporate and M&A law. Before co-founding Varin & Partners, she was senior counsel at an international law firm, specializing in mergers and foreign investment law.

Chaiwat Thanakitcharoen
A specialist in commercial disputes and international arbitration with over 18 years of litigation experience in domestic and cross-border trade disputes. He oversees the firm's continued growth in team and expertise.
